For most of our services, no referral is required. You can contact us directly. If you have a referral, please bring it to the first appointment, as it may be relevant for certain insurance benefits.

A genetic analysis starts with a simple saliva sample or blood draw. The sample is analyzed in specialized laboratories. After about 2-4 weeks, we discuss the results in detail and derive individual recommendations.

Yes, we also offer video consultations for suitable cases. This is particularly convenient for follow-up consults and discussing laboratory results. Just ask us when scheduling your appointment.
